Gstreamer installation is missing a plug in

it's look like no accident when start to play mp3, but at several files *.mp3, that error massage countinuosly show up.
files *.mp3, i download from mp3raid websites.
is there any new plugin for that or new extension?

Please open a terminal: ctrl+alt+t
Enter:
sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly

Then try again to play .mp3 file via Rhythmbox or Totem.

gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad

Installing the below package should do the magic, hope it helps

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
