plasma-desktop (0.4) on KDE Platform 4.9.2 using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Trying to install additional widgets via Panel cashew -> Add Widgets -> Get New Widgets -> either Download New or Install from file will crash Plasma instantly everytime.
