I haven't test this multiple times and after restart. But this is the first time I get sound from Micro!. Although I boosted settings to max it could be louder, but at least there is sound and I could plugin/out headphone multiple times.
I think the micro jack isn't sensed, but this is not so important for me.

More important it would be the L/R problem of the speaker:
