Search on pidgin

HI

When I use yhe pidgin, I find that it is so hard to find my friend, if there are a search box on the pidgin, that will be wonderful.

You can see the google talk/msn, there are a search box, especially the google talk search box is very fast,I like it very much.

If you have the buddy list window open you can just start typing and a find box
will appear.

the gtk build-in searchbox has a wordaround. simply click on the contact
list, type the letters which will match the contact you want to find.

but it has also limitation, which means it doesn't have the filter
functionality that gtalk or dolphin has already had, it starts to search
from the first letter of your contact's name, so you have to type a little
bit more. because I have aliases for all my contacts(in order of family
name, first name, or a short id), so this way just works for me now.:D

I have another question: I can not find the local network on my network, looks like that there is no wired netcard on them, but I can connect them throught the wireless network, but can not connect by cable.
