how to make a button open another form?

i am working on open office to create a database for my clinic. i have designed some forms but want to create a main keyboard. i am not able to make a button which opens another form in the database. i am not finding any macro which does that in the list of available macros. how can i do it?

There is the answer regarding how to write a macro and then there is the
answer directing you the community generated Switchboard extension.
I think the second is the better first answer.

it took me some time to understand the instructions but finally i could manage. also came to know about many more useful extensions to open-office. thanks Drewjensen.
