Hi

There are two answers to this question, depending on what you mean by "repeat some rows".

If you want to "freeze" rows A1: E7 at the top of a page so they always show as you scroll down, then highlight cell A7 and go Windows > Freeze.

If you want the data in rows A1: E7 on Sheet 1 to appear on every other page in rows A1: E7, then go to Sheet 2 and put

=$Sheet1.A1

in cell A1. Copy it and paste it into the other cells in the range A1: E7. Then copy the whole range A1: E7 on Sheet 2 and paste it onto any other sheets.

Hope that helps

Tony

Sorry, I did a typo. I should have said:

If you want to "freeze" rows A1: E7 at the top of a page so they always show as you scroll down, then highlight cell A8 and go Windows > Freeze.

I.e it is cell A8, and not A7.

Hi

The best thing I can do is to refer you to the Help text where there are detailed instructions.

Go to Windows > Help. At the top, select 'OpenOffice.org Calc' (if not already selected). Select the Index tab. Enter 'freezing rows or columns'. Double click the index entry for 'freezing rows or columns'. On the help page that is displayed, follow the link at the bottom to 'Printing Rows or Columns on Every Page'. You will find instructions for what you want shown there.
