Have you manually done something else related to your kernel modules before ask this question...?

the /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.save file seems to be some backup copy of a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
and i don't have it on my system i have only /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist

by the way open a terminal and type:
sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.save
go to at line 33 and look for strange chars at beginning of the row try to delete it.
