why is mate running as minidlna

My ubuntu mate shows as a minidlna server in my network manage app on another computer. It is identified as
Justin Maggard? I did not install this server? What is it?

Do you use kipi-plugins? You can use the same command to see what depends on that.

No, i do not use kipi-plug-ins or any of its dependencies. Can i uninstall
Kipi plug-ins?
