Juju server misbehaving

I am trying to install kubeflow and upon executing the command
juju deploy kubeflow-lite --trust

I get the following error. I am following this tutorial here https://charmed-kubeflow.io/docs/install

error resolving with preferred channel: post "https://api.charmhub.io/v2/charms/refresh": dial tcp: lookup api.charmhub.io on 10.152.183.10:53: server misbehaving

I am not sure how to resolve this

Yes I saw that too but the person says we should update the yaml file but update with what ? This is not clear
