How to get MAAS 12.10 to deploy 12.10

Asked by drolfe

Hi all,

I've recently setup a ubuntu 12.10 MAAS server to deploy pxe installs of ubuntu 12.10 server.

I can't seem to figure out how to get PXE booting for 12.10 to work.

I"m getting tftp boot error message kernel image not found at the console.

If I change the default deploy OS in MAAS to 12.04 LTS everything works.

Any help would be great.

Also I"m not using maas-dns or maas-dhcp but rather the normal isc-dhcp-server and bind9 both installed on the maas server but setup the normal ubuntu (non-maas) way.

Regards, Daniel
