Kernelupdates with apt is stuck at linux-image-4.4.0-51-generic

I am doing updates when they arrive but I have discovered I still is running linux-image-4.4.0-51-generic. What is the problem? Is it GRUB. The following files are in the /boot
abi-4.4.0-51-generic initrd.img-3.19.0-65-generic memtest86+.bin System.map-4.4.0-51-generic
config-4.4.0-51-generic initrd.img-4.4.0-51-generic memtest86+.elf vmlinuz-4.4.0-51-generic
grub lost+found memtest86+_multiboot.bin

You can clean up with:

dpkg -P `dpkg -l | grep linux-image | grep ^rc | awk {'print $2'}`
