DVD wants devryption files yet

I have a page of SUDO things I have done

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install libdvdread4

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh

sudo apt-get upgrade

PLUS ADDED THE medbuntu files and the extra restricted Ubuntu files and STILL get need decryption files

also have turned the laptop off and re started it

You can clean that up with:

sudo apt-get --purge autoremove

Can you please give the output of:

sudo apt-get --reinstall install libdvdread4
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh

Also, what video apps have you tried to play DVDs in?

It is ok I also added the Medibuntu NON-free codec and now it all works !
