Please don't confuse https://launchpad.net/kerneloops and https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kerneloops

Debian has already removed the kerneloops package from their archives https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=955906 and I assume that Ubuntu should follow.

There is already a bug report bug #1867338
I suggest that you comment there and eventually also click on "affects me too".
