Bug Description

The package is scheduled for removal in Debian due to oops.kernel.org not accepting and showing uploaded oops-es anymore.

In Ubuntu kerneloops is changes to collect OOPS-es via apport but it is still possible to configure it to send reports to oops.kernel.org.

Kerneloops' removal in Debian may point to the direction of redesigning OOPS collection in Ubuntu without it, then this package should be removed in Ubuntu, too.

If kerneloops is kept as an Ubuntu-only package it would be useful to add a note in the configuration file that oops.kernel.org does not accept submissions anymore and the relevant parts could be removed from the codebase.
