Printing problem HP Deskjet-D1600

Asked by Nicole

Just bought this printer and it worked fine the first time I tired it. Today it won't print anything. According to the print queue the job has completed; but, nothing actually prints. I've run the update manager, restarted, checked the connections, run the troubleshooting feature, tried a test page. Nothing is working. I even deleted the printer and tired re-installing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Grab the latest HPLIP, mark it as executable and run it in a terminal as user (not sudo)
