Please provide more details about your system setup.

It is sufficient to have grub installed in one partition and one boot block, even if you have several hard disks - what exactly is your problem?

   Ubuntu 19.04AMD A10-9700 radeon r7 10 complete core 4c=6gx4
  Graphic llvmpipe(LLUM 8.0.128bits)
  Grome 3.32.1
  OS 64bit
Disc 2T

Partition that will not boot Requires fsck manual come up error 4 and no grub sda5 original program

so far have run Grub update on from new install sda6 the up shows it recognized sda5 but still
will not boot from there (sda5)

How many partitions do you have?
What's their purpose and operating systems?
Have you correctly installed the bootloader on /dev/sda?

I suggest that you run boot-info https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Info to verify.

was a small Window partition that was the problem
It was on the original partition as not read by the new partition
Result removed this but in the end had to clean original partition (saving data first )
Then reinstall runs well now
