So I assume you have wubi installation. From withinWindows. It is not
possible to access your Ubuntu files via Windows 7 when you have a wubi
installation.

You can boot into Windows and use this tool :
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

to make a new Live/Usb of Ubuntu. You will need and empty USb-stick of
2GBs at least and of course the Ubuntu .iso
If you don't have the .iso , download it from here :
http://releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/ (Desktop CD)

Then boot from the Usb (click on Default-first option) and use this
tool : https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair
and go with the 2nd option , to try to correct your Wubi installation.
Boot-repair has this option too.

Good luck.

Thanks

For 32 bit , here : releases.ubuntu.com/12.04/ubuntu-12.04.1-desktop-i386.iso

Additional info you might need in future:
-X86 =32bit
-AMD64 =64bit
-i386 & i686 =32bit
-X86_X64 =64bit.

Thanks

From the helpfulpost of Boot-info I can see that the partition where
you installed Ubuntu (wubi /dev/sda1) is corrupted.

The boot-repair tool attempted to repair thatwith the fsck command but
it wasn't possible. (failed).

I have not further suggestion but to remove Ubuntu installation from
within windows (Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Feautures >
Uninstall) and then install it again.

Of course you will lose your datafrom Ubuntu.

Thanks
