error 15: file cannot be found... dont have ubuntu

tryingto install ubuntu, cannot even load from disc. error 15:file not found

error 15: file not found

reformated 2nd hdd w/ vista 32. trying to format it now with ubuntu, please help

cant boot from cd, only can select it from computer then only have options:
demo and full installation, insall inside windows and learn more. i click on
demo and full installation then "jelp me boot from cd" (cause i cant boot).
then once a ubunto dic is created in vista boot loader i lelect in and still
get error 15. i have reset my bios and deleted my second hdd. all i want to
do is install a fresh version of ubuntu to my second hdd.
