There are lots of Linux users who don't care how the kernel works, but
only want to use it. That is a tribute to how good Linux is.

Next time, please be so kind to follow-up the first question instead of opening another one, thanks.
This will help others when they search for answers.

Because you need to install the app first, it isn't there per default.
Either via terminal commands or graphical via Synaptic.
This would be the terminal command (as mentioned twice):
sudo apt-get install gparted

## It will ask for your (login) password;
you wont see anything, like stars or alike, you'll type blind, but it will still be recognized.
Reference:
http://library.gnome.org/users/gnome-terminal/stable/gnome-terminal-get-started.html.en
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UsingTheTerminal
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RootSudo#Usage
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptGet/Howto

Via Synaptic search for gparted, right click -> install, then press 'Apply' on the main menu.
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SynapticHowto

Gparted will appear in the menu: system administration

##Make sure not to run more than one package management at a time,
e.g. Synaptic and Terminal (apt-get cmds) or Ubuntu-Software-Center and Update Manager.

Can you help with this problem?
