How to get light cloure themes for Ubuntu?

I like to use light color themes for Ubuntu OS. Just like Windows7 use. Is it possible thing? Why Ubuntu always use dark color themes?

Which GUI are you using (Unity, Gnome 2 alias Classical) ? You can configure themes or used pre-configured one.

There are tonnes of themes available, You can even make Ubuntu LOOK like Win7 is it floats your boat.

The OS is fully themable, so the fact that you think the default theme is dark is moot, change it as you desire.
