when I minimize: it gets lost

I am having trouble with my minimize button. When I click on it to see another site it does not go to the bottom tool bar like it used to. It just closes or disappears. What can I do to get it visible again?

I think you need to restore the "Window list" applet to your toolbar:
- right click on a clear area of the panel and select
+ Add to panel

Add the "Window list" applet
