soy incapaz de restaurar el panel no entiendo nada

hola¡ eliminé el panel inferior, donde se minimizan las ventanas y ya me contestaron como debía hacer pero no entiendo nada, perdonen pero poco entiendo de informática, si pueden enviarme algo más concreto y si no que le vamos hacer. Gracias

Hola¡ ya restauré el panel pero no lo hice mediante comandos, sino mediante: mostrar el escritorio
lista de ventanas
cambiador de areas de trabajo
papelera
