Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 not connecting to eduroam WiFi network

Asked by marmeirais

Hello!

I have been able to connect to my university's wifi, eduroam, and now i cannot.

When i try to configure it according to the instructions, it just keeps asking me for the user/password and does not authenticate.

With my home wifi network I have no such problem.

I can connect to the network on my android phone.

The security is WPA & WPA2 Enterprise, authentication PEAP, no CA certificate is required, inner authentication MSCHAPv2.

After following the WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure, the full terminal output is as follows:

Hello,
It was off because i could not connect to the network through wifi, I assure you that I tried to switch it on and off multiple times.

Please re-run the command with the device enabled (even if not working).
Do I understand correctly - at home WLAN is working well, just for eduroam it is failing?

Hi,

Yes, you are correct.

It works with every other WLAN, I think it might have something to do with the authentication method.

However, the credentials are correct because I can connect with my android phone.

I re-ran the command and the output is as follows:
