What make and model is your computer?
How do you want to connect your computer to the netgear router? Via cable or via WLAN device?
Does your computer have a WLAN network device? Your output does not show any, so either you do not have such device in your system, or it is deactivated (e.g. via BIOS settings).

Ok. If you connect your computer to the router with a network cable, there is no need for activating WLAN functions on your system. The fact that your router is able to connect to other devices via WLAN is irrelevant for your system if you do not have any WLAN device connected to your computer.

Please try the following:

switch on the router and connect it to the internet (see the documentation that came with that device and the information from your internet provider how to do this).
connect your computer with the network cable to the router (again check the documentation which port to use)
reboot you computer, log on again, wait for five minutes.
open a terminal window and issue the commands

sudo lshw -C network
ifconfig -a
netstat -r
ping -c 3 8.8.8.8

Then copy/paste all output into this question document.

The network settings on your computer seem to be misconfigured. The eth0 network adapter is up and running, but has been assigned only a ipv6 address, and no ipv4 address. Please check your network settings and make sure you have ipv4 enabled on the eth0 interface. And in any case, make sure you follow the setup instructions that came with your router.

Just use the system settings - network dialogue and go through all available options for the eth0 connection. I assume that you have to set more or less everything to 'automatic' or 'dhcp'.

If you have reconfigured the network, try disconnecting the network cable from your computer, wait half a minute, re-plug the network cable, wait another half minute and then re-issue the terminal commands

sudo lshw -C network
ifconfig -a
netstat -r
ping -c 3 8.8.8.8

and copy/paste all output into this question document.

Can you open the network configuration dialogue, navigate to "wired network", configure, IPv4 and make sure that it is set to Automatic (DHCP), similar to http://www.techienote.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/ubuntu-network-gui-4.png

What is the output of the terminal commands

cat /etc/network/interfaces
sudo sudo dhclient -v eth0

I found that internet is not automatically connecting. When I use the
following commands on terminal then net is connected.

cat /etc/network/interfaces
sudo sudo dhclient -v eth0

But shall I need to use the above commands each and every time after boot
UBUNTU?

please suggest me.

The problem might be one of the entries in /etc/network/interfaces

Try modifying it:

open a terminal and issue the command

sudo gedit /etc/network/interfaces

This should ask for your password as confirmation for an administrative action and will then open an editor with the network configuration file loaded.

Change the line

iface eth0 inet manual

into

iface eth0 inet dhcp

save the file, close the editor, reboot and check the results.
