Your Terminal output shows this issue:

Linux Vicky-Ubuntu 3.5.0-21-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 11 18:51:59 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

So you are using the 64-bit version of Ubuntu which - I believe - is incompatible with ndiswrapper drivers, which are 32-bit. 64-bit MIGHT work using 64-bit Windows drivers, but I think it will save you a lot of time if you switch to 32-bit....

So you first need to install the 32-bit version of Ubuntu 12.04 or Ubuntu 12.10.

Then you will need to install ndiswrapper + driver=ndiswrapper+mrv8335 driverversion=1.57+Marvell,02/22/2005,3.1.1.7 as described in the Terminal output in the following thread:

Source: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-nettool/+question/199216

Please try this installation procedure after installing the 32-bit version of Ubuntu:

Thanks so much... I did re-installed with 32bit Ubuntu and it worked perfectly well.

Sorry I forgot to ask 1 more question, related to my external add-on old pci sound card from Creative Labs model CT4830, is it can I make it work on Ubuntu 32 bit?

thanks once again...
