Thanks

Please follow the instructions here :

1. Open a terminal with Ctrl+alt+t combo keys.

2. Paste in terminal this command : gksudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/rt2800pci.conf

3. Paste in the empty document this line : options rt2800pci nohwcrypt=1

4. Click Save . Nothing else. Not save as , or save where.. just save and Close the document (x)

5. Reboot your system.

The extension of the document and where will be saved are already given . Look the 2nd instruction here.
The document will have for extension .conf and the place will be saved is /etc/modprobe.d/
The name of the document will be rt2800pci.conf

Not need to do anything but follow the instructions above. step by step.

If that does not help, I suggest trying wicd as a replacement for NetworkManager.

Also make sure that your wireless router is not using the same wireless transmission channel as the other wireless routers in your vicinity.
