According to the output that you sent us, your wireless adapter is working correctly and has detected several wireless access points.

If you cannot connect to your own wireless access point using wireless, I suggest changing the wireless transmission channel on YOUR wireless router to channel 10, in order to avoid wireless interference coming from the other wireless routers. Also temporarily disable encryption and enable SSID broadcasting on the router. Then retest wireless.

Sorry for the question not being clear. I can connect to the router i.e. connection is established. The only problem is that I cannot use internet with the wireless connection!!

What do I do?

I changed the channel to 10 and enabled SSID broadcasting and it worked.
