Internet load balancing in ubuntu

How can setup internet load balancing in ubuntu .Suppose my ubuntu machine have three ethernet card one is connected 2Mbps internet connection and second is connected another ISP's 2 Mbps internet connection .Third is connected to my Local LAN . what are the settings that I must do in my ubuntu machine for load balancing the traffic to internet ?

i have to ask : really would like to know why you need three isp`s . or how it could possible help do a search . truthfully i have never heard of this befor .

From your document I cannot see any NAT configuration . Since My LAN
includes multiples machine , Without NAT how can I complete my
requirement.Please also suggest about NAT configuration .

 system - admin. - synaptic package manager in the quick search enter NAT configuration . the first one listed looked like it may help.
