  * Enable all hardening flags
  * debian/control.in:
    - Build-Depend on graphviz and libgexiv2-dev
    - Drop Build-Conflicts: libtiff5-dev, libwebp-dev (Closes: #824254)
  * debian/rules: Don't make build tests fatal yet
