mount internal cd-rom dvd drives 7.10 ubuntu

I can't mount my dvd rom and I new in OS ubuntu

I'm trying to install like the answer of ivan verduzco...
but I change it and didn't work, just I've a cd-rom
not floppy...

hello,
type in terminal:
sudo mount /dev/sdc /media/cdrom0
