    - PR target/31674 (ia64): internal consistency failure with -O
      (closes: #420658).
    - PR rtl-optimization/32296: Fix bootstrap failure on hppa.
    - PR tree-optimization/32540: Exponential time usage in PRE at -O3
      (closes: #430957).

  * Snapshot specific changes:
    - Disable java on arm and hppa.
    - Disable ada.
    - Disable biarch on i386.
