Has Ubuntu Deleted My Windows 7 After Installation?

I installed Ubuntu 10.10 to reset my Windows 7 password.

During installation I was prompted to install Ubuntu alongside my Windows 7 installation.

Have I deleted my Windows 7 platform and ALL my videos/music/softwares/personal files and folders in the process?

If not is there ANYTHING I can do to RESTORE my Windows 7 system?

Kind regards

Mark

What is the output of:

sudo parted -l; lsb_release -a; uname -a

Thanks

Your backups will ensure data integrity. You do have backups right?

You don't have to install Ubuntu to reset your Windows password. You can use the live CD desktop.

Where do I find the output of:

sudo parted -l; lsb_release -a; uname -a?

Its a terminal command. Copy the line and press CTRL + ALT + T

Paste the line to the terminal and hit ENTER.

Copy the output and paste as an update on:
