Has Ubuntu Deleted My Windows 7 After Installation?

I installed Ubuntu 10.10 to reset my Windows 7 password.

During installation I was prompted to install Ubuntu alongside my Windows 7 installation.

Have I deleted my Windows 7 platform and ALL my videos/music/softwares/personal files and folders in the process?

If not is there ANYTHING I can do to RESTORE my Windows 7 system?

What is the output of:

sudo parted -l; lsb_release -a; uname -a

Your backups will ensure data integrity. You do have backups right?

You don't have to install Ubuntu to reset your Windows password. You can use the live CD desktop.

Its a terminal command. Copy the line and press CTRL + ALT + T

Paste the line to the terminal and hit ENTER.
