removed f-spot photo manager &added back still won't open

I tryed what someone said removeing f-spot photo manager and adding it back still won't open can someone please help me.

Try this:
Go to synaptic manager and Complete Remove the F-spot.
Then open a terminal window and type : rm -R ~/.gnome2/f-spot
Then go and install again f-spot.
