Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs .

This site requires a flash player to view content.

Please see this document on how to install the flash player.

Looks like the link didn't take.

Check this: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats/Flash#Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex)

The Intrepid instructions work on Jaunty as well.

The site works in Windows XP Firefox because you installed the Adobe
plugin (it popped up something saying "Additional Plugins Needed"). In
Ubuntu it should pop up this same thing, but will install the free version
of a plugin. If the site needs Adobe Flash, you have to install it
manually. I am not sure if the the Adobe plugin is even in the list that
comes up when you hit the button to install additional plugins, as it is
non-free.

Can you help with this problem?
