Flashplayer werkt niet

I can understand some Dutch, but not well enough to write it (ik kan een beetje Nederlands verstaan, maar ik kan het niet schrijven), so I'll try answering in English, and I hope you can understand this.

What browsers have you tried? Firefox is probably the most likely for flash to work. And which flash player have you got installed? Adobe's own (non-open-source) flash player can be installed by "sudo aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree" (you will need the multiverse repository enabled).

Open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

sudo apt-get clean

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.

If you have some trouble with sound you can also install the libflashsupport
then open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libflashsupport

Due poor integration of proprietary flash with Linux you may want to install also the mozilla plugin Flashblock
to block flash into web pages to get better Firefox and general pc performance
you may install it using mozilla here: http://flashblock.mozdev.org/installation1.html

I use the browsers like Opera and Konqueror and Firefox. All give the same
message to download Adobe flashplayer. When I do again the sytem give the
message that it is installed. I get also a grey arrow in advertising of the
browsers.
I followed your advice but no results.
I hope you know the answer

If you go to a terminal and run "dpkg -l flashplugin*", what output do you get?

Also, is this on one website, or many flash playing websites? It would be useful to have a standard page to test, such as the flash version reporter page: http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_15507

For your info my working flash result of "dpkg -l flashplugin*" on Ubuntu 8.10 is:

ii flashplugin-no 10.0.15.3ubunt Adobe Flash Player plugin installer
ii flashplugin-no 0.0.svn2431-3 Adobe Flash Player platform support library

Wait...that website uses flash, so if it's reporting a flash version, then
flash must be working at least for that site. But it's reporting that you
have Windows flash version 9 installed, which is bizarre (for contrast, mine
says "LNX 10,0,15,3"). Have you tried to install a Windows version of flash
(if so, I'm amazed that you succeeded even that much)?

What do you see under Flash if you go to "about:plugins" in firefox?

There is no information about flash plugin in firefox.
I didn't install a windows flashversion. I installad for ubuntu 8.04.

I have Ubuntu 8.04.
I tryed but didn't work.

I downloaded first from the repository but didn't work, then I installed from Adobe's webside. But with no result.
Now It works perfect.
