hey
i am a new user at firefox...whenever i turnoff my laptop the websites which are opened at that time are not closed ...so i get these websites remain opened at the time when i restart my laptop...i am using ubuntu

In Firefox, navigate to "Edit > Preferences" and under the "General" tab, you should find a drop down menu for what actions to take when firefox starts. Change it to what suits you.

thanks for guidance but there is no solution which u proposed ...i tried
this but there is no kind of option to prevent my problem...

It's the first tab. Just checked, it's called "Main", not "General", but the option exists. Compare with http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/9196/ff3startoptwe6.jpg
