how can I recover some evolution folder-I have just deleted n error

I had a number of folders in which I had sub folders

When moving some mail to theses folder-I moved the folders-I then tried to recover the folder and sub folders back to their orginal position

Then for a "no brainer action" I delete them

Can I get them back-please

We would love to help out here, but once a folder is deleted its gone,
the only way to restore it is to get it back from a backup that you took
a little while ago (if any)
