You may download a ical calendar from:
http://icalshare.com/index.php?topic=holidays&page=2
(you will find Belgische Feestdagen, the filename is belgische-festdaagen.ics)

To inport this ical file will need two steps.
- First set up a new calendar.
Right-click with your mouse to one of your calendars and choose 'New
  Calendar'.
  Name it, e.g. festdaagen
- Then go to the menu entry 'File' - 'import'
  Select 'import a single file'
As filename select the ical file, here belgische-festdaagen.ics
  As filetype select iCalendar-File (.ics)
  Then select the calendar festdagen

Thats it.

regards,
thomas

Sorry made a typo, should be belgische-feestdagen.ics
