Sorry for late reply - I have no output information unable to get the Bluetooth manager to work on Ubuntu 15.10. I'm new to forum and not sure how to go about copy and paste the ( lsb_release -a; uname -a; lsusb; dmesg | egrep -i 'blue|firm' ). Please tell me how to go accessing the information needed.
