Evolution does not conntect with iCal anymore after 11.10

Asked by David Crockett on 2011-12-19

Evolution calendar used to work with iCal perfectly before the update to Ubuntu 11.10. Now it rarely connects and then only when I redo the properties dialog box.

The error response is this:
Server is unreachable, calendar is opened in read-only mode.
Error message: Server is unreachable (Cannot connect to destination (cal.me.com))

Thanks for the help.

Have you tried changing the domain to calendar.me.com?

No but I'll give it a shot thanks.

Sorry, have you tried changing the domain? In that case, what was the result?

It did not work. I have migrated to iCLOUD. I will concentrate on Ubuntu one
