Setting identities

Hi. I've just migrated from Thunderbird to Evolution. I've checked the FAQs and I cannot find any way to make more than 1 identity, as I could in TB; yet when you have a new mail, there is a drop down for the owner of the mail with the 'From' drop down. Is this possible in Evo? Regards. Ray
