can send but not recive mail help does not allow me get into the contents(F1) as nothing happens, also need to add another account how do I get back into the account to correct problem and add 2nd account?

Asked by alan seaton

cannot receive E mail other than the welcome from Evolution but can send mail. Help does not allow me to get into the list of actions nor does F1. I need to get back to the settings to check my entries and would also like to add another address. Would like to know how to get back into settings to make alterations/additions please. There is no tools icon as in windows to allow mw to access accounts. Thanks, Alan Seaton

From the Evolution mail window, click Edit > Preferences. There, select the account you wish to amend and click edit.
It looks as though your pop settings need looking at if you can't receive mails.
To add an account, in the same place (Edit > Preferences) select Add instead of edit.
