video does not broadcast
After updating to Ubuntu 10.04 I tried to connect with a user of Gtalk with video-chat. In the empathy my video appeared but the other party does not receive the video.

I have the same promble.
i have install all the encodes like:
gstreamer0.
libtelepathy-
python-tpfarsight
my os is ubuntu 10.04
i can see my partner's video,he can't see mine.

can you please try gst-inspect | grep x264enc in a terminal and check what results it gives you if it comes empathy please install gstreamer0.

an please open Help>debug and select gabble in the dropdown click 'clear' and then make the call and save those logs with the save button and attach it to the bug report. Furthermore I am trying to get my hands on a windows machine to test this.
