duplicity (0.8.05-1ubuntu2) focal; urgency=medium

  * Build-depend on python3-all-dev, not python3-dev.
  * Set TOXPYTHON when testing with each version of python3, so that the
    duplicity command is invoked with the interpreter that matches the binary
    extension under test.
  * The build still fails testsuite due to incompatibility with python3.8,
    but checkpoint the progress to the archive.
