HP Photosmart C7280 ALL-IN-ONE.

How do I Ping the printer? Yes the internet is OK.

The web being ok is no reflection on a LAN printer. Can you ping the IP of the printer?

It will have an IP to communicate on the network, just like a PC. What is it's IP. You may be able to print a test page from it to get it's IP. This is what you need
