What happened to Cube Caps in compiz-fusion-plugins-extra?

cube caps is still in the archive. you may need to install compizconfig-settings-manager to enable it, though.

You aren't using any backports are you? What version of Ubuntu are you running? do any of the other effects work?

I do have compizconfig-settings-manager installed (version 0.7.6). I
am not using backports. I am running 8.04 Heron. The other effects
work fine. It seems that after I upgraded Compiz Fusion to 0.7.6 cube
caps as a separate plugin disappeared. Please let me know if you need
more info.

Cube Caps has been moved to "Cube Reflection and Deformation" in 0.7.6. Thanks for all the help.
