For diagnostic purposes please provide the output that you receive for the following commands (to be executed in a terminal window):

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
dpkg -l | grep -i chrom
snap list

I don’t know how to do those things I’m handicapped and them disabled, so
anything you can do to help me would be greatly appreciated

Open a terminal window (e.g. by simultaneously pressing ctrl-alt-t

Type the command

sudo snap refresh

and press the "enter" key. Give your password when you are asked for it and then wait for the command to finish.

What output does that produce?
