The app software-update does not load

Hi

Why is it that after I added the repository indicated by the program manager, it stopped working?

Malformed entry 1 in list file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/archive_uri-http_ports_ubuntu_com_ubuntu-ports_jammy-jammy.list (Component)
The list of sources could not be read.

I do not know whether you have done something wrong, or whether there is something wrong in one of the programs that you used, but the result apparently is that there is syntactically incorrect contents in one of the configuration files and now the package management system cannot interpret the contents and refuses to run.

I see two possibilities:

1. Remove the offending file by issuing the command
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/archive_uri-http_ports_ubuntu_com_ubuntu-ports_jammy-jammy.list

or

2. Correct the contents
If you want support for that, you have to show the contents of the file
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/archive_uri-http_ports_ubuntu_com_ubuntu-ports_jammy-jammy.list
