internet not working good after new packages instaled

after new packages installed on ubuntu 9.04 Internet works strange: it works for a few minutes and stops. need to reconnect. then working for a few minutes till stop... i don't know how to report this bug. i have 2 Internet provaiders, and using mostly one. yesterday installed all newest packages and it begins .

please test your internet connection on another PC , give me a feedback here, another reminder you are using Ubuntu 9.04 ubuntu developers post updates hourly try to update your system immediately
