HELLO
I INSTALLED SOME PROGRAMS in packages and i don't know how to install it please HELP ME!!!!!

Note:the packages is tar.gz.part rpm.part tar.bz2 rpm

Try going up to the top taskbar and click on

System - Administration - Synaptic Package Manager

It will ask for your normal user password, not your SuperUser/Root one. Use either search tool to hunt for the packages you want. Any that are marked with a green splodge in the box beside them are installe. Right click to uninstall or completely remove

If you are still having trouble with this then please post it as a new question. Only the most recent questions tend to get looked at so posting/re-posting a question just before america arrives online after work/school gives the best chance of getting a good few answers - such is the nature of the internet.

HOW I CAN INSTALL the PACKAGES FROM TERMINAL if they were tar.gz or tgz
